| Assessments
are rarely effective on their own but can offer insight
into the motivation behind our actions. When utilized
correctly analytics can provide significant pieces to
the puzzle and act as a catalyst in the discovery process.
There are many analytics available through Creative Strategies
Coaching. What follows is a sampling of the analytics
available. Creative Strategies Coaching will determine
the assessments that will provide the most value depending
on the situation and desired outcomes.

BarOn EQi
Where traditional IQ tests measure fixed aptitudes - humans
possess abilities that can be changed by life experiences
that IQ tests were not designed to measure. The BarOn
EQi provides insight into those human abilities by measuring
an array of trait-like competencies and factors that are
known to significantly influence one's ability to cope
with daily environmental demands and directly affect one's
overall psychological health.
Meyers
Briggs Type Indicator
The MBTI® is the most widely used personality-typing
instrument presently in use. The premise of MBTI®
is that the differences in the way we conduct our outer
lives can be quite annoying to those of the opposite attitude
and need to be understood.
Sales Style Indicator
The Sales Style
Indicator is a learning and communications tool used to
select and develop relationship-building sales professionals
and sales managers. The purpose of the SSI is to help
individuals learn how to identify and utilize their natural
preferences for completing the sales process and then
to challenge them to increase their sales-style flexibility.
By covering 21 different sales-style patterns participants
develop an understanding of the different selling and
buying styles. That knowledge is applied to construct
an action plan that participants can use to increase their
strengths and decrease their limitations to more effectively
advance their sales career.
Adversity
Quotient
The AQ is made up of four main elements that measure the
extent to which you:
a) can change
features of the adverse situation;
b) have taken it upon yourself to try to improve the situation;
c) allow the situation to enter other areas of your life;
and
d) are prepared to stay the course.
Developing an
awareness of our abilities in each of these four areas
allows us to take a more proactive approach to dealing
with adversity when we encounter it.
