While the EQi 2.0 identifies the level of a client’s emotional and social functioning based on his or her responses, the EQ360 assessment uses a more in depth analysis by having several people in various rater groups, (such as Peers, Direct Reports, Clients, Customers etc) provide anonymous information in answering specific EQ based questions as well an optional open ended questionnaire. Raters’ observations and the client’s are compared and a more complete 360 – degree profile emerges. The EQ360 identifies not only the client’s strengths, but also those blind spots and gaps which may impede performance. Working with a coach will greatly help in making meaning of these results and assist the client in taking positive action to change and be more effective.
